gourmet burger

Rossini burger @Burger bar in Mandalay Bay Las Vegas.

Kobe beef, sautéed foie gras, shaved truffles, Madeira sauce, on onion bun. Served with sweet potato fries. This meal also came with a dessert burger made with a warm donut, chocolate ganache, passion fruit, strawberry, mint.

after 40 days

nothing says meat like a bbq combo platter from lucille's. st. louis ribs, pulled pork, shoestring fries, roasted sweet corn, a piece of watermelon, and a big glass of sweet iced tea!

a day at the mercadito

top L-R: elotes (roasted corn, mayo, cheese, lime, chili.. sounds gross at first but yum!!!!), crickets! hehe, ceviche.
bottom L-R: pickled stuff, sweet tortilla? (kinda looks like peanut brittle), homemade churros and homemade mango ice cream.
